Machine Relocation, Installation And Dismantling

Moving single heavy machines within a workspace can be just as difficult as complete factory relocations, navigating through areas with hazardous or fragile obstacles. Using equipment such as spider cranes, pick-and-carry cranes and hydraulic lifting systems we can manoeuvre through difficult work areas safely and with complete control.

 

MSL can move and re-locate complete factory lines to your schedules enabling you to set up as quickly as possible.  Lifting plans and schedules are offered to fit around your time requirements thereby managing the whole process and allowing you complete peace of mind.

 

Crane Hire / Contract Lifts

 

For contract lifting and lift and shift requirements, MSL can offer a professional and qualified service from start to finish. We conduct a full site survey and compile a bespoke and detailed lifting plan to include full task specific method statement, risk assessment and arrange all insurances. This ensures your contract lifting operation is managed to an extremely high standard thereby ensuring minimum disruption to you and your business.

 

Our Personnel are fully qualified to carry out any task that you may require and are trained to the highest standards and CPCS.

 

Heavy Haulage

 

MSL have experience in moving heavy and abnormal loads throughout the UK and Europe, with low-loaders and step-frames with extendable trailers, all with rear wheel steering for tight access.  We will organise road permits and escort vehicles to suit whatever you are moving.

 

Hiab Haulage

 

MSL can offer a large range of hiab vehicles including front-mounted hiabs with draw-bar trailers, rear-mounted hiabs and articulated hiabs, ranging from 70 ton per metre downwards – all our hiabs are remote operated by our qualified and trained personnel.
